Changes in the Client Portal

You might have noticed that the Client Portal has had a significant change lately. We have upgraded our Billing System with significant changes. Most of these changes include better security; but this upgrade also changed the layout of the Client Portal.
Probably the most noticeable change is the left menu has moved. Now you will find a menu on the right side and a menu on the left side.
The right menu contains links that are mainly available to those that are not logged in. But once you are logged into the Client Portal, below the right menu you will discover:
- Submit Ticket - from this link, you will be able to submit a ticket
- Network Issues - from here, we try to keep you informed about issues that affect your account, Client Portal or other areas. Our Administrators and Managers will utilize this to keep you informed.

- Account Information - your billing details. if you are at the Client Area, you also have an option to add funds to your account.
- Account Statistics - you will see the number of services, domains, referrals, available credits and other statistical information.
The Top Menu contains links to manage your accounts, information about your domains, services and more. This menu is not available until you are logged in to the Client Portal; I have provided an overview of the Top Menu content below:
- Home - when clicked, it will return you to the Client Area (see below for details)
- My Details - This area allows you to Manage Contacts, Add New Contact, Change Credit Card Details, Change Password, Change Security Question.
- Change Password - it is important to keep your password secured and changed frequently. Our Staff does not have access to your password, so if you forget your password, from the login page, you can have your password reset and send you a temporary password.
- Change Security Question - This is very important feature and MUST be completed. Without the Security Question our Staff will not be able to provide support; this is our method to identify you. Keep this information secure.
- My Services - when this link is clicked, you will see an overview of all of your products (except domains), active and inactive.
- To manage a specific Service. For Hosting Services, click on the "green" button on the right side, you will see
- specific information about the service,
- ability to upgrade your service,
- add on services for this specific account,
- log into the cPanel and Webmail,
- see your username and password
- and change your cPanel password.

- My Domain - This is the area to see a list of domains hosted by UCwebhost.com plus you have the ability to manage your domain:
- View specific details of the domain
- Enable/disable the Auto Renewal for the domain
- Manage your Nameservers
- Additional Management Tools (some options may not be available):
- Renew Domain
- Update Contact Information
- Manage Email Forwarding
- DNS Management
- Get EPP Code (this is required if you are transferring the domain away from UCwebhost.com)
- Register Nameservers
- To manage a specific Service. For Hosting Services, click on the "green" button on the right side, you will see
- My Invoices - When clicked, you will see all of your invoices, paid, unpaid, cancelled.
- My Support - From here, you will see a list of all of your Support Tickets, you can click on a specific Ticket to post a reply or other management options.
- Affiliates - if you are a UCwebhost.com Affiliate, you can see the status of your Affiliate Account, get banners and links
- My Emails - This area contains all System emails for the past year. We keep one year archive of all emails that are sent via the System. This area is probably the most overlooked area of the system.
- Review Us - we have placed a page of some Hosting Reviewers; if you would like to inform others about our service click on the link.
