| Accessing Your Control Panel
If your domain name is not yet live on our servers either because it hasn't been registered yet, you can access your control panel within any browser by using the url http://SERVER_HOSTNAME/cpanel and enter your username and password
Note: Your account hostname and username can be found in the Account Setup Confirmation Email that was sent to you when your account was initially setup. Your account hostname is yourdomain. If you did not receive the Account Setup Confirmation Email please contact our Support Department by submitting a Support Ticket and we will send it to the email address that you used when you signed up.
If your domain is live on our servers, you can access your control panel within any browser by typing the following in your browser (replace with your actual domain name):
http://yourdomain/cpanel/
Username: This is the user name that was sent to you in your account information
Password: Your Account Password
Accessing cPanel via your Client Detail Page
You can also access your cpanel by login into your Client detail area. Once your are in the Client Detail Area; click on the "My Services" Link. You will see all of your domains listed here. Click on the "View Details" on the right side of the domain cpanel that you wish to go to. The next page that will open is the "Product Detail" page. You will find a button "Login to cPanel". When you click it; your cPanel should open.
