What do I do when I get an authentication error when logging into webmail?

I am trying to log into webmail and I am getting the following error:

Notice: (null)(): Retrying LOGIN authentication after AUTHENTICATE LOGIN failed (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

This is a problem where the database for Horde has an error with your account, and is not allowing logins. Simply contact tech support if you see this and ask them to run the "resethorde" script on the server.
