My IP is blocked by your Firewall

If you have ever blocked your firewall from our servers and have submitted a ticket or contacted one of our Chat Operators requesting that your IP be removed from the Firewall Ban List; now you can do it within the Client Portal without having to wait for one of our Tech's or Operators to perform this task.  If you are a reseller, you can even remove he block for your Clients and users.

To remove the Firewall ban, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into the Client Portal from the IP (computer) that you are blocked,
  2. Click on the My Services link and select the Hosting Account that you are blocked by clicking on the View Details button on the right side of the page,
  3. Click on the CHECK FIREWALL BLOCK button --or-- if you are a Reseller, enter the IP address (e.g. 123.123.123.123) and click on the Reseller: Search Client IP
  4. Once you client on the the Button, it will search the database; if your IP is found to be blocked, a message will be displayed for the cause of the block.  If you receive a message that your IP has not been found and you cannot access your hosting account, email or ftp account; please open a support ticket.
