" I have only been with UCWebHost for about three months now. I utilize their webhosting service to support gaming map downloads for two very popular game servers. These game servers are the cornerstones to our gaming club of over 130 members and many other non-members. The availability and "up time" of this service is absolutely critical because if it is down, then our players will receive a critical error which will knock them off of the main game server.

During the first couple of months, we did experience some sporadic down time due to server loading. However, the UCWebHost staff was always exceptionally responsive and reasonable with their assessment. My e-mail requests were usually always responded to within one hour, if not within 15 minutes! " First, Setup was fast and the information provide was easily understood.

Second, about 3 days after our website was up we received a telephone call from Keith, the President of Ucwebhost asking about Ucwebhost's services and support staff. He even visited our website and commented on it. Then, he did something that shocked me even more; he gave me his personal email and asked me to let him know if there could be some improvements that wil help other customers. So far we can't think of one.

Since we have been with Ucwebhost the website has been up 100% of the time. I am very surprised, our old hosting company was very friendly for a while but then the service slowed down. Not at Ucwebhost, we still get telephone calls from Ucwebhost Customer Service asking us if we are happy and if there is anything that they can do.
